To gain access to your email from 2 or more locations
Open Outlook Express, click on the
“Tools” menu, and select the “Accounts...” option. The following
window will open:
2. Select the acount you want to modify and click
properties
3. Click the advanced tab
Towards the bottom of the screen, there is a section called
Delivery. This is handy If you access the same email account from 2 or more
computers. We recommend this box be checked on every computer except the last
computer to access the email. This means you need to set an order of computers
to access the email account. This will allow the first computer to view the
email without deleting from the server. Each additional computer will have the
ability to view without erasing. The last computer will then be able to view
the email and delete it from the server to clean it out to be ready for future
emails.
